RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At STACKD CLOTHING, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.
RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
We do not accept returns on sale items or items marked as final sale.
HOW TO START A RETURN Email us at stackdclothings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES We offer exchanges for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us at stackdclothings@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
